Milton’s Resolution

Ya Gotta Have a Resolution, Right?

Happy New Year to you, dear reader.  It is 2012 now, and I’ll bet half of those people that we saw at midnight last night on the teewee in Times Square have broken their new years resolution already.  But it is mandatory, maybe even a state law, that you GOTTA have a New Year’s Resolution.  Isn’t it?

So with that being the case Old Uncle Milton is going to go out on a limb.

Resolution for 2012:

Most of the problems that Old Uncle Milton faces are caused by other people.  So after thinking about it Milton has decided that in order to make Milton’s World a better place, Milton is going to tell others exactly how they can improve, specifically how they can improve Milton’s Life.

In other words, either write or speak New Years Resolutions for other people.  Sooo-o-o-o-oh, here goes:

Dear Reader- in the year 2012, you can make Milton’s World better by offering constructive criticisms of everything that you come across here at ViewfromBippus.  The Good, the Bad AND the Ugly.  You come here and read some cockamamie item, then you get on the comment line and SAY SO.

You read about harvesting carrots after Christmas, and look at the pictures of huge, gnarly, twisted carrots- and complain about it.  “What a dumb ass idea”, or “that is some kind of lazy”.  Complete the feedback loop.

The opportunity for Uncle Milton to improve his blog rests on you, dear reader, so for a resolution in 2012, I am (politely) asking you to provide me with heartfelt feedback.

If you should accept this mission…

the beauty of it all is, this request empowers you.  It enables you to ask Uncle Milton, and others, to do things that will improve your world.  As part of your mission, I hope to receive plenty of Miltie Resolutions that YOU think will make YOUR LIFE better.  Thank you, dear reader.

Behind in my reading. Happy New Year to you! Those carrots looked interesting. If we had extra space, I might want to try to plant some three-legged carrots. 🙂

No resolutions for me. I won’t have time. 🙂 But seriously, one thing I want to do is to try to understand all of the manual setting on my camera. I am slow, might take the year. 🙂

Happy New Year to you too, Linda.

Understanding ALL manual settings is a big chore, so your planning to take the whole year is probably realistic. I was hoping that you would be more demanding OF ME, and write a new year’s resolution of how I can help you.

Now get going with those manual settings! Right Now!
