Burn,Baby, Burn

The field corn last year didn’t do so well.  With no applications of herbicide, well, the grass and the thistle and the other *undesirables* rather much overtook the corn.  Patches of it just died out. Other patches just got choked out and only got 3 feet tall.  Many of the ears were dwarfs.  And the tall grass?  The tall grass thrived.

So we picked what we could.  And when that was done, well it was time for this:
