A Summer Storm

Well, that was a doozy

Greetings, dear reader.  We had a doozy of a summer storm last night in the Greater Bippus Area (GBA) and of course it came on just as I was headed out to collect eggs in the evening.  Your humble writer returned to the house soaking wet.

My hard copy of the 2010 Farmers Almanac had this to say about June 20-23   “Dangerous thunderstorms move east into the Great Lakes”

Spot on Almanac Dudes, spot on.

The forecast looks good for the next several days, so there will probably be another round of haymaking in our future, and perhaps a chance to get some photos of guys spraying their soybeans. Stay tuned!
